im a Christian i love listening to Christian music and love praising God but sometimes i also listen to like Justin Bieber, Miley cyrus, and yes i love the tangled sountrack<3 is this bad? does it make me not a "true" Christian cause i love Christian music too :(
No, it’s not bad. It’s all personal choice is what I’m getting at.
So apparently,
I was just informed that listening to any genre of music out side of Christian music is wrong. If the words do not edify God, as Christians we should not listen to it. Okay just to name a few. If you’re a Christian and listen to Taylor Swift, One Direction, Justin Bieber, and even the Tangled Soundtrack, yes the Tangled Soundtrack, devastating I know…apparently you should not listen to their music.
In your opinion, is listening to music that isn't Christian and curses a little bit a bad thing for a Christian strong in their faith to listen to? Why or why not?
I think it depends and it is definitely a personal thing. I listen to some heavy music and other genres that have some swearing in it, but it’s not like constant swearing. It’d just be a word or two in the whole entire song.
