Eh wrong.
I am beautiful.
“You are altogether beautiful, my love; there is no flaw in you.” -Song of Solomon 4:7
“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.” -Psalm 139:14
“Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” -Proverbs 31:30
You must be a new follower, welcome! :)
Of course I struggle, all of the time and honestly, I have been quite discouraged for some time now. I’m getting better though. God is faithful and is carrying me through this valley. It’s starting to get sunny.
Awwwh, you’re too sweet. Breeze is my middle name. I was named after this song. :)
The longest I have gone was eight months.
The longest it’s been right now is sixteen days.
I am sorry that I haven’t gotten to your question yet. If I don’t answer a question, I have a reason not to and most of the time one of the reason(s) could be:
- I have covered the question many, many times.
- I don’t enjoy answering ignorant statements.
- The answer to your question could be found in my pages somewhere.
- I automatically delete anything degrading/discouraging to me.
- If it’s a prayer request, I keep it in my ask.
- It’s pointless for one to ask on anonymous. (Why do people ask such simple things on anonymous? Are you scared of me? I don’t bite!)
Also, I don’t like my page filled up with questions. I like my page to look nice and neat, not cluttered. If you want to talk or ask me a question, ask off anonymous so I can answer to your ask box. Thank you! :)
Well, when I say I am fasting from Tumblr I’m saying I’m taking a break. The first month of this semester I won’t be on Tumblr, because I want to get off on a foot for staying focused on my classes.
Fasting is primarily the act of willingly abstaining from all food, drink, or both, for a period of time. Most people do it for religious reasons. Or someone may give something up because it’s a distraction for them. This time it isn’t the case why I’m giving up Tumblr for a month.
If you google it, you can learn more. :)
It’s okay! It happens. I mean, people are people. I just try to carry myself properly in all of my responses. I would never want to lash out immaturely or in anger/frustration. I’m not perfect. But I must say that God has blessed me with immense amounts of patience, especially when it comes to dealing with people. Thank you for backing me up! :) Be blessed, friend.
You know, it seems like whenever some controversial subject is brought up and my opinion is asked, people lash out at me. This message is a perfect example of that. I apologize for being completely blunt and honest in my opinions and answers to others. Everything I said was in a proper manner and was not at all in a rude way. Maybe you should re-read what I have written and try to understand the tone that I actually was responding with.
As a side note to remember: I do not answer my questions right away if I find I could be angered by them. I wait a little while, gather my thoughts, and then I try my best to portray myself the right way. I will only answer questions when I’m cool, calm, and collected. Thank you.
I will continue to watch how I respond to others. But again, I am sorry that my bluntness is taken as bitchiness. I would have appreciated it if you approached me off anonymous. :)
Be blessed!
I do see where you’re coming from by saying drinking/smoking can have people question if you’re a follower of Christ. But, I think it’s pretty ignorant for one to jump to conclusions when they see a Christian having a cigarette or a drink. Drinking is not the only stumbling block for non-believers…anything can be a stumbling block for non-believers and believers. So you’re point isn’t really valid in saying that.
If you’re of age, I see nothing wrong with having a cigarette or a drink. If you’re not of age and you are, that’s wrong because you’re not obeying the law, (Romans 13:1).
Actually, I have had a beer in one hand and was sharing the Gospel at the same. I have had a cigarette in one hand and was sharing the Good News at the same time. I am not twenty one so it was wrong of me to be drinking, and I have learned from that. But I got to share God with those people and the coolest thing was that they were really receptive to what I was sharing because I got to be real with them and share my weaknesses. So, it does work. :) But of course, like anything else, not all of the time. Be led by the Spirit in those times. That’s all I’m going to say about that.
If you’re around a fellow believer, or even a non-believer who struggles with smoking or alcohol you shouldn’t participate in those activities. If you don’t know if they struggle or have a problem with it, ask them before you decide to partake. It’s not that hard to do.
If you’d like to talk further, I’d love for you to message me off anonymous. I’m finished having to explain myself over and over again. Please, do understand. Be Blessed!
No, I’m definitely not addicted to cigarettes!
People smoke for many different reasons. I can’t really speak for them, but I like to have a cigarette here and there. They’re very relaxing and I honestly do like the taste. I am very cautious though because smoking, just like anything else, can become an idol in one’s life very easily. Once it becomes an idol in your life is when it’s wrong. That’s all I have to say, really.
I can’t make your decisions for you. All I’m going to say is that it comes down to if it’s a personal conviction for you or not.
